I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service(s). No call/no show appointments will be charged 100% of the missed service(s). This fee must be paid before rebooking. I understand life happens and circumstances may come up last minute but this policy is in place to protect me as a service provider and my livelihood.
